OVERVIEW
This immersive package blends Hyrox-style cross training with the thrill of surfing, all set in a supportive and energizing environment. Each day includes high-intensity workouts, surf sessions for all levels, mobility sessions, and nutritious meals to support recovery. It’s the perfect experience for anyone looking to train hard, ride waves, and recharge alongside a like-minded community.
A TYPICAL DAY
Please note this is just a sample day – swell, wind, and tide dictate the day’s surfing itinerary and we are flexible so you can score optimum conditions.*
- 8:00 am – Start the day with a scenic guided run through the surrounding hills with our coach, taking in breathtaking coastal and mountain views. Finish the session with an energizing functional cross-training workout.
- 9:30 am – Enjoy a healthy breakfast served on our panoramic rooftop terrace.
- 10:30 am – Optional surf session. Join our daily surf lesson at the best beach for the conditions, with all surf equipment provided, or enjoy some free time to relax and recover.
- 1:30 pm – Refuel with a fresh, nutritious lunch.
- 5:00 pm – Head out for a second guided run with our coach along the iconic Taghazout Bay running path, enjoying stunning ocean views and the vibrant atmosphere as the sun begins to set.
- 8:00 pm – End the day with a delicious homemade dinner and unwind with fellow guests.
